DiR organises many activities outside the gym: ski trips, skating, trekking, pitch and putt, etc., all so that you can make friends and have fun while exercising.
Directed activities
So that you can exercise and have fun at the same time, we organise courses on Sevillanas (typical dance), Latin dancing, hip-hop, personal defence, Flamenco, belly-dancing, tango, and much more.
