What is Equilibra't?

Equilibra’t is a class that combines different disciplines: hypopressives, Pilates, yoga and stretching.

One of the main aims of Equilibra't is to find a balance between body and mind to help alleviate and combat everyday stress. Strength and body awareness are also worked on in each session.
