What is Mindfulness?
Mindfulness is a set of different practices that help to connect the body and mind to be aware of the here and now. To practice it, different tools and techniques are used to facilitate the connection to the present, such as breathing, movement and observation of the body, among others.

How are physical activity and Mindfulness related?
This practice not only favors the connection between body and mind, but also affects sports performance. The right combination of cognitive, affective and physiological conditions allows an optimal state in sport. In addition, it favors an improvement in concentration in training and allows better management of injuries, discomfort and other obstacles that athletes constantly suffer.
What does the activity consist of?
The classes, of 25 minutes each, are structured in 3 blocks:
- Introduction, to focus on the present and get away from the stress of everyday life
- Development, in which a specific activity is carried out in each session
- Closing, to reconnect with the present
The sessions will be held in person at the Clubs and virtually online and recorded through DiR at Home.
