Tonifica't is a strength training workout that includes warm-up, toning and stretching exercises.

Focussed on improving muscle tone and physical condition, this dynamic and intense session combines functional exercises performed using a variety of apparatus, including BOSU balance trainers, Xertubes, dumbbells, steps and gliding discs, exercising and integrating different parts of the body.
