What is Zumba Fitness®?

Zumba Fitness® is a fun and easy dance class, choreographed in blocks to the rhythm of Latin music and “Don’t stop the party!”.

Based on Latin rhythms and steps from different dancing genres, Zumba offers an intense cardiovascular workout with really simple moves, so that anyone can take part and benefit from all that Zumba has to offer. You will learn to dance classic Latin dances like salsa, bachata, merengue, reggaeton, samba, etc. and other modern styles specifically adapted for the class.

Zumba is suitable for people of all abilities. It is the ideal way to burn calories and strengthen the cardiovascular system. It releases endorphins that provide a sense of euphoria and enjoyment, which help to improve mood.
