Personal defense techniques will help you build confidence in yourself to know how to react to an attack and be able to escape from it. In this new session you will be able to learn the basic movements and skills of self-defense.
This new targeted activity starts at DiR Hispà, Diagonal DiR and DiR Castillejos with the aim of teaching the technique of self-defense with examples of real situations. Each session lasts 60 minutes.
The targeted self-defense activity is mainly aimed at women of any profile, although men can also participate. It is a free activity for any member of the DiR and no prior reservation is required.
Self defense techniques will help you know how to act in the face of physical aggression and repel it so you can flee. Know the basic movements and skills of self defense.
