Based on Latin rhythms and steps from different dancing genres, Zumba offers an intense cardiovascular workout with really simple moves, so that anyone can take part and benefit from all that Zumba has to offer. You will learn to dance classic Latin dances like salsa, bachata, merengue, reggaeton, samba, etc. and other modern styles specifically adapted for the class.
